Welcome to Palm Aire at DeSoto Lakes!
Our condominium community, located entirely on West Country Club Drive North, is made up of an eclectic mixture of villas, two story, and four story buildings, many of which offer outstanding views of Palm Aire’s Champions Golf Course. Our owners and their guests enjoy our two heated swimming pools, the cabana and a large clubhouse featuring an exercise center.
We are unique in that we consist of six separate sections, each with it’s own set of documents. However, they are all governed by one Board of Directors. The Board meets at the Clubhouse on monthly basis. The time, date and agenda are posted on the Clubhouse bulletin board at least three days in advance. Unit owners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
